  • Yes. Upstate Bar None proudly offers bartending-only (dry-hire) services in Upstate New York. If you’re supplying your own alcohol, mixers, and bar setup, our professional bartenders will handle:

This option is ideal for clients who want expert bartenders without a full beverage package.

  • Absolutely. We specialize in creative mocktail and non-alcoholic bar services that are just as elevated and engaging as traditional cocktails. These services can be booked on their own or alongside alcohol service for inclusive events.

  • Yes! Custom and signature cocktails are one of our specialties. We collaborate with you to design drinks that match your event theme, season, preferences, or brand—mocktail versions available upon request.

  • Due to New York State laws and regulations, Upstate Bar None cannot legally provide alcohol for your event.

However, every service includes an alcohol purchase consultation and cost estimation. We provide a detailed shopping guide outlining exact quantities, bottle sizes, types, and purchasing recommendations. All clients purchase the alcohol, and we take care of the rest—bartending, service, setup, and guest experience.

This dry-hire model is often more cost-effective than traditional event bar services.

  • Dry-hire bartending means you supply the alcohol, and we provide the licensed bartenders, service, and expertise. This ensures your event remains compliant with New York State alcohol regulations, as we do not sell or provide alcohol directly.
