We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. You'll receive a full refund, minus a $200 administration fee, if you cancel more than 90 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 60 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded. Reschedules are allowed for no additional fee but the refund policy is still based upon the original event date.

Unfortunately, due to our advanced booking model, we can not accommodate rain dates. The host is responsible for tent cover of the bar in the event of inclement weather. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for your event.

While we cannot legally provide alcohol for your event due to New York State Laws and Restrictions. Each service includes an alcohol purchase consultation and cost estimation. During this, we will give you a detailed guide with exact amounts, bottle sizes, types, and suggestions for purchasing. All clients must purchase the alcohol required for their event. We will take care of the rest! This is actually more cost-effective than traditional event bar services.
